Took my Slingshot there to get the paddle shifters programed with the digital wrench that I had installed. The local dealer near me would not do it unless they installed the shifters .It was a lot more of a job than they had thought it was going to be but they still only charged me the 1/2 hour labor charge I was quoted over the phone. Very friendly service dept along with the rest of their staff. I do most or my own work but if necessary I will drive the 2 hours to go there rather than take it to my local dealer.

Pre-sale: I was greeted when I entered very respectfully. I talked with a sales associate and we discussed my desires.The sale: After choosing my desire, a 2005 HD Electra Glide Classic, we went over price, extended warranty, financing, etc. After a bit we came to an agreement and I made the purchase. Baker was kind enough to give me a discount on several items I purchased. There was a bit of waiting due to paperwork and such.Post sale: After riding it about 2 miles to my home all was well. After a few weeks went by, I move it backwards in my garage and the handlebars moved and it fell over. When it fell over the handlebar scratched and dented the gas tank. I contacted Baker and let them know what happened. They agreeded to come pick it up and determine what repairs were needed. We had a few phone calls back and forth to see who was responsible for the cost to repair the tank. Ultimately, Basker stepped up and took full responsibility for all repairs. Due to scheduling it took a few weeks to have it repaired. When the repairs were completed, Baker delivered to my home!Am I happy, I sure am! Will I go back, you can bet on it. I had a good overall experience and Baker took care of me when it mattered most.

I purchased a Triumph Bobber recently and I wanted to say from the time I walked into the showroom and the Bike was delivered, everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Baker American Cycles can't be matched in any department. I bought a bike while stationed in Germany. Took about two days to complete all paperwork. The bike was exactly what I wanted. 2019 Indian Chieftain dark horse with a 116 big bore kit. I got picked up at the airport in Raleigh NC by an employee from Baker American cycles. They took me to the dealership after their opening hours just to get my bike. By that Thursday I had already put 1k miles on it. Took it in for my 500 mile service and they took me right in to take care of my hike for me. I am stationed overseas in Germany. I have purchased 3 bikes from Baker American Cycles. Each time the experience has been the standard. I didn't think my experience would be able to get any better. Man was I wrong. This is my fourth bike. I just purchased a 2019 Chieftain dark horse with the 116. Baker American employees made it happen all over email. I did this from Germany all in two days time. Everyone from Carson Baker, To Joe and Allen in sales and finance to parts and the tech made sure I had the 116 upgrade, bars and all the other bells and whistles I wanted in it before I picked it up. I put their team under a tight timeline and yet they made it happen all while being motivated to do so. I will never buy a motorcycle from anywhere else to matter where I am in this world. They treat everyone as family and honor the Veterans with a smile on their face. Much respect for this dealership all around outstanding and they set the standard on matter if you are looking for a used Harley to a new Indian. I have bought both from them and have always been happy with my purchase. Other dealers could learn a lot from Baker American Cycles. Of you go anywhere else you are missing out. Their pricing can't be beat. So don't go to Fort Bragg Harley Davidson and get robbed. If you want a used HD, a new HD or of course the best bike On the road an Indian check them out. I was a Harley guy,went to Baker American Cycles to look. Ended up test riding a Roadmaster and was hooked. traded in a Harley cvo for a Roadmaster Elite. Sales was great, Allen Richie was great, I know I am a tough sale, I told him what it would take and he made it happen. Jerry Allen in service was great, had rineharts and a stage one air cleaner installed he got it all done in good time and the bike was spotless when delivered. I recently went back for the 500 mile service, Jerry Allen servicd the bike. I had experiences with Harley so i laid in wait. I got the bike home and went over it. Everything lubed, even the kickstand and cables, not one fingerprint anywhere, Even rerouted my battery tender wire to a much better spot. I was impressed. Excellent dealer. Need more accessories and clothing stock. Great lounge, friendly staff. I am impressed.

I visited the dealership several times before making my final decision to purchase from Baker. Each visit I was greeted and treated respectfully. On the first visit I asked to be left alone to ponder over the bike. The second visit was a follow-up and on my third visit, Dec 12th, 2017, I was ready to pull the trigger. Bobby Lowery was my sales representative through the entire process. Any mechanical or parts issue he could not cover, he had just the right person readily available to answer the calling. A long day to seal the deal but the experience was worth it and staff and facility were great (everyone passing ensured I was comfortable and inquired if I needed anything, food, water, etc.). Every department was professional and knowledgeable. I even inducted myself into the Baker family... lol Highly recommended... Awesome service! They were not hurry to sell me a bike. Actually Mister Richi show concern for my situation with my wife. She didn't want me to get a bike. After washing dishes and getting the garage ready for my new hog I contact Mister Richi and he gave me a good deal in a 48 Harley Davidson. Everybody else in the store are friendly and nice.

Cindy and I got to Baker at 4pm on a Friday evening and met with Bobby Lowery in sales. We were in the market for a Polaris side by side but we were first time buyers and I have to say Bobby's knowledge of the Polaris line is absolutely incredible, as racer himself he knew exactly what I was looking for and anwsered every question to the fullest. We bought the Polaris RZR/S 900 EPS. I went home to get my trailer and upon return it wasn't wide enough, by this time it was after hours and Bobby himself said I will deliver it for you this evening so after finishing up with finance and having a windshield and roof installed he followed me home and made the delivery. Every single aspect of mine and my wifes experience at Baker was absolutely amazing! Thanks to everyone at Baker American Cycle.

Great customer service. I purchased a new bike from these guys two weeks ago. I had missed a victory incentive by a day or two because I had to work the day I had originally submitted for financing. After the deal was complete and I had signed all the paperwork I was getting ready to leave and they stopped me. Made a few phone calls and insisted that I get the expired $500 Of free accessories. ( I couldn't even get a free hat when I purchased my Cadillac). These guys then delivered my bike to my front door after hours, just so I could have it that night. The next day I was riding around and the bike sputtered and died at idle. I rode strait back to them. They dropped everything and brought my bike back to mechanic who went over the whole bike and then went over the whole bike with me again. I really didn't expect such all star treatment since they had already gotten all my money. I was very pleasantly surprised. I have now put 600 miles on this bike and it is absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier with my decision to check these guys out.

I was very impressed with the hospitality, professionalism and customer service received at the location. I resently relocated to this area about 2 months ago and have been searching for a Ducati dealership to service and maintain my bike. I think I found it.

My Dark Horse was experiencing electrical issues. I figured out it was likely a bad voltage regulator. Initially I was told it might take a week to 10 days; then I was told there was a month long back log for the part. The service department, as well as the General Manager and the owner, absolutely took care of the issue in short order. The service manager found a part and got it shipped to them. I got my bike back. Outstanding effort and kudos to Carson, Joe, Justin, Jerry and the entire Baker American Team! Thanks for taking care of me.
